Product Building Approach & Contributions
DesignPettai plays a key role in augmenting the design and product efforts for AquaPartner, working closely with a small, agile team to ensure incremental growth and adoption. The approach includes:
• Brainstorming & Rapid MVP Development – Understanding retailer needs and launching a quick MVP to validate core features.
• Cross-App Workflow Design – Ensuring smooth interactions across three user groups and applications (retailers, farmers, and field officers).
• Usage Metrics & Iterative Enhancements – Leveraging Clarity and other analytics tools to track adoption, refine features, and drive engagement.
• Incremental Capability Building – Introducing new features in phases to ensure a steady increase in usage and value delivery.
Collaboration and Execution
AquaPartner follows an iterative and feedback-driven development model, similar to AquaFarmer. Weekly alignment meetings with stakeholders, engineering, and field teams help maintain continuous collaboration and adaptability. This ensures that product decisions remain relevant to real-world retailer challenges while keeping AI and backend integrations streamlined.
By building in increments, closely tracking user behavior, and iterating rapidly, the AquaPartner app is evolving into a robust and indispensable tool for retailers in the aquaculture ecosystem.
