Challenge: Differentiating While Meeting Expectations

Plenty of reference apps existed, which helped in research but also posed a challenge—how do we create a seamless yet distinct ride-hailing experience?

Key Focus Areas

Optimizing for a Quick Booking Flow: The flow was designed to be as fast as possible while maintaining essential ride details for clarity.

Retaining Established Patterns: Riders already had mental models of how ride-hailing apps work, so we had to align with their expectations while making subtle improvements.

Creating a Unique Brand Identity: In a space dominated by established players, branding and user experience were key in carving out a distinct position.
